Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Note: Filaments 3D Québec reserves the right to modify, change, and update this policy at any time without notice.

3D PRINTERS, SCANNERS, LASER ENGRAVERS, MOTHERBOARDS AND LCD SCREENS

Return

  • 14 days (from the date of delivery) – Full refund

    • All returns must be in new, unopened, unused, and resalable condition. All returns must include the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. Items without serial numbers or UPC codes will not be accepted.

    • Special-order 3D printers are not eligible for return or refund.

  • After 14 days (from the date of delivery) – No returns or exchanges accepted

Warranty

  • 14 days (from the date of delivery)

    • Covers manufacturer-defective printers, scanners, motherboards, and LCD screens within the first 14 days after the date of delivery.

  • 15-365 days (from the date of delivery)

    • Covers manufacturer-defective electronic components, including the power supply and stepper motors, for one year from the date of delivery. Consumables, including but not limited to build plates, nozzles, heating components, thermistors, bearings and motion guides, wiring harnesses, limit switches, and sensors, are not covered.

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Return

  • 15-45 days (from the date of delivery) – Store credit

  • After 45 days (from the date of delivery) – No returns accepted

Warranty

  • 14 days (from the date of delivery)

    • Covers manufacturer-defective parts and accessories within the first 14 days after the date of delivery.

FILAMENTS AND RESINS

Return

  • 14 days (from the date of delivery) – Full refund

    • All returns must be in new, unopened, unused, neatly wound, and resalable condition. All returns must include the original packaging, boxes, manuals, and all accessories. Items without serial numbers or UPC codes will not be accepted.

    • Special-order filaments are not eligible for return or refund.

  • 15-30 days (from the date of delivery) – Store credit

  • After 30 days (from the date of delivery) – No returns or exchanges accepted

Warranty

  • 30 days (from the date of delivery)

    • Covers manufacturer-defective filaments and resins within the first 30 days after the date of delivery.

RETURNS

All returns must be in new, unopened, unused, and resalable condition. All returns must include the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. Items without serial numbers or UPC codes will not be accepted.

All returns will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued. Any return that does not meet the return criteria will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Filaments 3D Québec reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the stated return criteria or if the item is not in resalable condition.

We will not accept any cancellation or return of pre-order or special-order items.

Return shipping costs for items to Filaments 3D Québec are the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATION FEES WITH AFFIRM

If you paid using Affirm and need to return, exchange, or cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply, calculated based on the value of the items returned, exchanged, or canceled. This fee will apply once your order has been processed, regardless of fulfillment status.

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY

At Filaments 3D Québec, we offer price adjustments if an item you purchased drops in price within 7 days of your order. However, this policy excludes supplier-initiated promotions.

Standard shipping charges and internal technical service fees apply to all warranty parts shipped to the customer or installed by our in-house technicians.
