Preparation and Storage

For optimal results, it is recommended to use a nano polymer adhesive or 3DXTECH polyimide tape. A heated chamber up to 140°C is recommended to improve print quality. For drying, keep the filament at 120°C for 4 hours.

This filament has a diameter of 1.75mm with a tolerance of +/- 0.05mm. Here are the recommended print settings:

  • Extruder temperature : 360-390°C
  • Bed temperature : 120-140°C
  • Nozzle : Use a hardened steel nozzle with a minimum diameter of 0.4mm.
  • Ideal layer height : 60% of the nozzle diameter; do not print layers below 0.2mm.
