Printing tips and settings

• Recommended nozzle: 0.6 mm hardened steel; 0.4 mm or 0.8 mm hardened steel supported
• Recommended printers: enclosed chamber for best results; open-frame printers may also work
• Pre-drying recommended before printing for optimal print quality
• AMS and AMS lite not compatible
• Do not use a 0.2 mm nozzle and do not use a stainless steel nozzle

Differences between PET-CF and PETG-CF

The main difference lies in the base material: PET-CF is based on PET, while PETG-CF is based on PET-G (glycol). PET-GF is easier to print but offers lower mechanical properties than PET-CF. PET-CF contains a higher carbon fiber content, providing increased heat resistance, superior rigidity, and durability suitable for professional engineering parts.
