Discover the standard flame-retardant black ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament, 1.75 mm, 1 kg, designed for demanding environments where safety and fire resistance are priorities. Made from high-quality PA-764(+) thermoplastic, it offers the same strength and durability as traditional ABS, with the added benefit of a certified flame-retardant property.

Flame Retardant ABS Filament

This filament provides reliable protection against flame spread and ignition, ideal for applications such as electrical enclosures, automotive components, and industrial fixtures. It is certified to resist fire with UL94 Flame Rating V-0 and 5VB tests at 1.5 mm, and it also achieves Hot-Wire Ignition PLC1 (UL746) approval, demonstrating its resistance to ignition from thermal or electrical sources.

Thermal performance and printability: this material offers solid thermal stability and retains its shape under heat. It is particularly suited to outdoor environments and high temperatures where standard filaments may fail.

Note: as with standard ABS, print in a well-ventilated area or in an enclosure equipped with a filtration system to manage potential fumes during printing.

When safety, strength, and flame resistance are non-negotiable, Flame Retardant ABS filament delivers performance and peace of mind for your most demanding projects.
