Polar White - Spectrum FlameGuard PLA Filament is designed to combine fire safety, performance, and ease of printing in your 3D printing projects. This halogen-free PLA filament certified UL 94 V0 offers a durable and reliable alternative to traditional FR ABS, while retaining the easy printability of PLA. Based on the award-winning Floreon® Therma-Tech PLA formula, Spectrum FlameGuard delivers mechanical properties comparable to FR ABS while ensuring easy printing without a heated chamber.

Printing tips

  • For large parts, ideally use an enclosed chamber to maintain a constant temperature and reduce the risk of warping.
  • Adjust the print settings within the recommended range (220–260 °C, 40–70 °C on the bed) and adapt the speed according to the geometry.
  • Store the spool in a dry place; each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to preserve printing performance.
